Pricing and Payment
Shipping, Delivery and Risk
Shipments originate in Canada. Orders usually transit within Canada in 3-7 business days after processing. Risk of loss shifts to you upon delivery to the carrier; however, we package orders carefully to reduce the chance of damage in transit. If an item arrives damaged, contact us immediately and keep any original packaging and contents for inspection.
Returns, Refunds and Faulty Goods

The store covers return postage for approved returns; we do not provide prepaid labels automatically—arrangements and reimbursement instructions will be provided when your return is approved.
